JUDELINE
Two years ago we already saw that Lara Fernández (Jérez de la Frontera, 2003) aka Judeline seemed to live in the future. We still think so, but we know she sings the tradition of the present like no one else does. Lara understands pop so well with her project that she is able to stretch its limits, touching on everything from territorial heritage to the digitalization of media. Raised in the Eden that is Caños de Meca, in a family that understood the value of music, she learned to hum before she babbled. She is skilled on the piano, the guitar and the Venezuelan cuatro, but also at beats and at pitching. Whether covering Lola Flores, sampling Antonio Carmona or working with producers of the likes of Tainy or Alizzz, she keeps her finger on the pulse and the standards high.
After winning over listeners with her songs ‘Canijo’ and ‘2+1’, Judeline has started a new chapter with her debut album, Bodhiria (2024) and comes back to Mallorca Live Festival as an international phenomenon.
