I can not find my email with the ticket, what do I do?

If you can not find the email where your ticket was attached or if you have any problems with your tickets, you can write to your ticket sales company to have it sent back to you.

Can I change or return my subscription / entry?

No, unless you want to upgrade it to VIP or Pack

 

How do I upgrade to the VIP or Pack?

If you have already purchased your tickets and want to convert it to VIP, you can do it for only € 110 (plus booking fees).

You just have to follow these steps:

  • Enter this link.
  • Enter the confirmation code of your ticket and your first name.
  • Follow the instructions to finish updating your VIP pass or Pack.

What happens if there is a problem with my ticket?

 

At the entrance to the venue there will be an incidence stand to address any problem that could arise with the tickets.

We recommend you take your printed ticket  to ensure you have no problems. If there is a failure in your printed ticket, go to the Ticket booth.

 

What happens if I buy my ticket to an individual or an unofficial website or auction and it is false?

 

The resale of any ticket is not allowed. The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the entrance if it has not been acquired through official channels. It may have been damaged, falsified or photocopied. All entrances have different security systems.

 

For admission you will need to have the complete ticket entrance in good conditions. Any amended, broken or suspected counterfeit ticket will authorize the organizer to deny access to the carrier.

 

Do I have to print my ticket?  Can I bring my ticket in Passbook format?

We will have enabled readers for tickets Passbook format. However, we recommend that you also bring the printed entry in case there is an incidence.

 

What happens if I lose my ticket?

The organization of the festival is not responsible in case of loss or theft of the ticket. In case you lose your ticket, you must go to the Incidences booth. There they will help you, as long as you are the buyer of the ticket and present your ID.

 

Can someone else use my subscription even if I put my name on the ticket?

Each entry has its identifier code and all will be read electronically. Therefore, the important thing is the code and once it has been validated, the entry with the same code will not be allowed. The organization does not guarantee in any case the authenticity of the entrance if it has not been acquired in the official points of sale. The resale is not allowed in any case.

 

What do I need when I arrive at the site?

It is best to take the printed entrance. We will also have digital ticket readers like Passbook, but, as the technology may fail, to make sure you do not have any problems, we advise you to take the printed ticket. In addition, you will need your ID. If you have a problem with your ticket, go with it to the incidences booth.

The Mallorca Live festival is celebrated on May 11 and 12 in the Old Aquapark of Calvià – See Map – (Page 3a)

Yes, that is why it is very important that you keep your bracelet and entry at all times.

You can not access the festival site with cameras and / or professionals

Can children enter the festival?

Children the age of 10 can enter the venue free of charge and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by the father, mother or legal guardian. The person responsible for the child must sign and deliver a document of exemption from responsibility by the Festival, which will be provided at the entrance of the venue or that can be downloaded here.

Children under 18 must wear a wristband that identifies them as such and can not buy alcohol, tobacco, etc.

The Mallorca Live festival will have more than 20 hours of live music, and also an Art Zone, World Food Market (a wide selection of food trucks with a varied menu of international dishes, local products, vegetarian food and for all Tastes!), Chill Out Zone and Visual Arts.

How and until when can press accreditation be requested?

Until May 5th. They must be sent to press@mallorcalivefestival.com and must include: name, surnames, telephone number, ID number, media – press company, position (editor / photographer / TV) and links or PDFs of the previous ones published.
