The coincidence put The Mani-las together and Maika Makovski, Olaia Bloom and Mariana Pérez did the rest. The story starts when Bloom and Makovski met in the city of Manila for a show. Right after their return back to Spain they decided to record with Perez a cover of The Exciters. That was the beginning of what now is a power trio with frenetic punk rock rhythms, distortions of rock and roll and with even space for country and rockabilly influences.

The Mani-las’ members may result familiar to you from bands like Sonic Trash, Las Culebras or Cora Bloom, with Maika Makovski on bass and vocals, Olaia Bloom on guitar and Mariana Pérez on drums. Their confinement at the studio recording new versions and their own songs has as a result the tour that will take them to several venues of Spain, including the Mallorca Live Festival.
