VIP and Premium Parking
- Do VIP tickets include a parking space?
No, this year VIP tickets do not include a parking space. To access the VIP parking, you must have reserved your space in advance. - How do I get to the VIP parking?
To get to the parking, you only need to TAKE EXIT 17 OF THE HIGHWAY (SANTA PONSA) and follow the signage. Here is a route you can comfortably follow from Google Maps.

Where can I buy my ticket?

Purchasing passes or tickets outside the official channels poses a risk for attendees, as you could be buying duplicate or fake tickets that would prevent access to the festival. The organization will electronically validate 100% of the tickets, and access will not be allowed to anyone with a ticket that has already been validated or purchased outside the official channels.
What happens if I buy my ticket from a private seller or an unofficial website and it is fake?
The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets if not purchased through official channels, as they may be damaged, falsified, or photocopied. Any amended, damaged, or suspicious ticket will authorize the organizer to deny access to the holder.
Are tickets nominative?
YES. All tickets are nominative. The details on your ticket must match those on your ID, and upon arrival at the festival, verification will be carried out at the corresponding accreditation center.
When you buy your ticket, you will have 20 days to enter the information of each ticket holder. If any of the attendees cannot attend later, you can change the name, which has a cost of €5.
Can someone else use my pass or ticket even if it has my name on it?
No, tickets are nominative, so the details on your ticket must match your ID, and verification will be done at the accreditation center upon arrival at the festival.

What happens if there is a problem with my ticket?
At the entrance to the venue, there will be an incident desk to handle any issues with tickets.
We recommend bringing a printed copy of your ticket to ensure you do not have problems. If there is an issue with your printed pass, go to the incident desk.
Do I need to print my ticket? Can I bring it digitally?
We will have readers available for Passbook or PDF tickets from your mobile. However, we advise also bringing a printed ticket in case of any incident.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
The festival organization is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If you lose your ticket, go to the incident desk, where they will try to help you, provided you are the ticket purchaser and present your ID.
Admission depends on having the complete ticket in good condition. All tickets have different security systems.
Will it be possible to buy single-day tickets?

What do I need when I arrive at the venue?

Minors
Can minors attend?
Yes, minors can attend the festival. Read the access conditions carefully:
At the Mallorca Live Festival Closing Party with David Guetta, all attendees must purchase a full-price ticket.
Minors up to 15 years old (inclusive) must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
Minors aged 16 and 17, in addition to purchasing their ticket, may access the venue freely. The minor’s guardian must sign and submit a liability waiver provided at the entrance or via the link below.
During their stay at the venue, parents or legal guardians are responsible for any actions performed by the minor. To do this, the following documents must be presented at the entrance: ID, family book, passports of both parents, or a legal document proving parental responsibility or guardianship.
Additionally, the parent or legal guardian must sign a release form taking responsibility for the minor while inside the venue.
Each adult may be responsible for a maximum of 3 minors.

Can I enter the festival with cameras?
Professional or semi-professional photo or video cameras are not allowed (any DSLR or camera with interchangeable lenses).
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed (a service animal is defined as a dog trained individually to perform tasks for a person with a physical, sensory, mental, or intellectual disability).
Is there a lost and found?
If you lose an item, go to the security point.
Is the festival accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue will be adapted for people with reduced mobility. To enjoy the concerts, there will be an elevated platform accessible with an escort. You must discuss your situation with our Production team upon arrival, and they will guide you on how to proceed.

Will there be anything other than music?
The Mallorca Live Festival will also feature an Art Zone, World Food Market (a wide selection of food trucks with a variety of international dishes, local products, vegetarian options, and something for everyone!), Chill Out Zone, and Visual Arts.
Is it allowed to bring food and drinks into the venue?
Bringing food and drinks from outside is allowed under the following conditions for safety and hygiene:
- One sandwich or equivalent per ticket holder, unless the item is deemed dangerous during security checks.
- In general, food for medical purposes for users with diabetes, severe allergies, or other medical conditions is allowed.
- Baby food is allowed if properly sealed and labeled.
- Bringing fruit or any food item that can be thrown and cause damage is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing food in Tupperware or any container posing a risk is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing portable coolers, food preservation items, cutlery, or similar utensils is strictly prohibited.
- Only non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles up to 0.5 liters are allowed. For safety, the cap must be removed before entering.
One reusable cup per user is allowed if it meets these specifications:
- Material: hard plastic. Glass cups are not accepted for safety reasons.
- Minimum capacity: 330 ml.
- Maximum capacity: 600 ml.
- Condition: the cup must be clean and in good condition, without cracks or sharp edges.
The festival organization reserves the right to deny entry to cups that do not meet these conditions. Inside the venue, users may purchase an official festival reusable cup for €2. If returned in good condition at designated points, the full amount will be refunded.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CLAUSE 1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ACCEPTANCE.
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting shall apply to the sale of tickets and the use of products and/or services of the Mallorca Live Festival, forming an integral part of the contract by which the tickets for the aforementioned Festival are purchased.
1.2. The sale of tickets is expressly conditioned upon the acceptance of these terms and conditions, the user declaring upon acceptance that they have read, understood and expressly accepted them before completing the purchase process.
1.3. If any of the clauses and/or stipulations of these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting are null or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall be fully valid and shall continue in force.
CLAUSE 2. GENERAL INFORMATION.
About the event organizer.
2.1. In compliance with the duty to inform, users are hereby notified that the promoter and, therefore, organizer of the event is the entity WELLCOME PARTY 2026 AIE, with registered office at Calle Maquinaria, no. 4, 1º, C.P.: 07011 (Palma de Mallorca) and NIF: V22873731.
2.2. Notwithstanding the above, the user may contact the event organizer via the following email address info@mallorcalivemusic.com, by phone at 690991134 or at the postal address indicated in the previous section.
About the online distribution and payment platform.
2.3. The online distribution and payment platform is ENTRADAS EVENTIM, S.A.U. (“Eventim”) with NIF A-81933772, headquartered at Calle Serrano Anguita 8, 2nd floor, 28004 Madrid.
2.4. For these purposes, the user is informed that when purchasing the tickets or passes they will be doing so through an external payment platform solely owned by the distribution platform and therefore completely unrelated to the event promoter.
CLAUSE 3. TICKETS.
3.1. The official ticket sales channels of the Festival are:

3.2. The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets if they have not been purchased through the aforementioned official channels, and the user may be acquiring duplicated or fake tickets that would prevent access to the event. For such purposes, the user is informed that the organization carries out electronic validation of 100% of the tickets presented at the entrance, so access will be denied to anyone with a ticket that has been previously validated or purchased outside the official channels.
3.3. Any ticket showing signs of forgery shall entitle the organizer to deny its bearer access to the venue. The resale of tickets is expressly prohibited. Any illegal practice consisting of the resale of tickets by the user shall entitle the organizer to claim the damages that may legally apply.
3.4. Once purchased, the user will receive an email along with the ticket they have acquired. In the event of any dispute regarding the received email, the user must contact the sender, that is, the distribution platform through the following form [*].
3.5. The event promoter is not responsible in case of loss or theft of the ticket.
3.4. Users are allowed to upgrade the purchased ticket, meaning the exchange for a ticket of higher price, as long as it concerns the same event and the price difference with respect to the purchased ticket is paid. To carry out this upgrade, it will be necessary to first purchase the new ticket. Once acquired, the full amount of the old ticket will be refunded to the bank account associated with the payment card. For this purpose, the user must provide all purchase data and the locator of both purchases by contacting the organizer by email, which must match the address provided in the initial purchase.
3.4. Certain tickets with discounted prices or special rates exist. The user who acquires a ticket of these characteristics must justify at the time of entry to the venue, together with the supporting document, that they are eligible for the selected rate or discount. Otherwise, the applied discount will be invalid, and the organizer may prohibit access or allow entry by paying the difference between the discounted rate and the normal price of the purchased ticket.
3.5. The official sales channels offer tickets for people with reduced mobility (PMR) and people with sensory diversity (PDS), located in areas of the venue specially designated for this purpose. For this reason, access to any of the track areas of the venue with crutches, canes, wheelchairs, folding chairs, walkers, scooters, or any other support device or similar items is not permitted.
CLAUSE 4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. CHANGES AND REFUNDS.
4.1. Once the ticket is purchased, the right of withdrawal will not apply or be exercisable, as it concerns a service related to a leisure activity scheduled for a specific date.
4.2. Notwithstanding the above, the user shall be entitled to request a refund of their ticket in the following cases:
- Total cancellation of the event before it begins.
- Substantial modification of the lineup, understood as the cancellation of one or several main artists without the possibility of a comparable replacement.
- iii. In cases of cancellation or substantial modification of the event due to force majeure, the ticket price shall be refunded unless the force majeure occurs once the event has begun. In this latter case, no refund shall apply.
4.3. In case of cancellation or substantial modification of the event by the organizer, the purchaser may request a refund within no more than fifteen days from the date of public communication of the cancellation, and in any case presenting the purchase receipt.
4.4. The cancellation of events scheduled for one day shall not necessarily imply the cancellation of the remaining days of the Festival. For this reason, the user shall not request a refund of tickets corresponding to the days of the Festival that have taken place.
4.5. Weather conditions that do not prevent the celebration of the Festival shall not entitle the user to a refund. Extreme weather conditions that may impede the celebration of the Festival and the ability to guarantee the safety of attendees and assembly personnel shall be considered severe weather conditions that may lead to cancellation.
4.6. As a general rule, refunds will not be accepted in cases where the user is unable to attend the event and/or made an error when purchasing tickets.
CLAUSE 5. ACCESS TO THE VENUE.
5.1. Entry to the venue will require presenting the ticket so that it can be scanned by security personnel. The ticket shall be valid only for the day indicated on it.
5.2. For security or access control reasons, the user may also be required to show their national identity document (DNI) or any other official ID.
5.3. Entry and access of animals to the venue is prohibited, except for assistance dogs individually trained to perform tasks for the benefit of persons with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities.
5.4. The organization assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket.
5.5. The ticket holder is responsible in case of duplication. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to safeguard the ticket and prevent it from being copied. It is recommended not to post the ticket on social media, not to print it in unsafe places, and to keep it out of the reach of third parties.
5.6. Only the first ticket presented and validated at the entrance to the festival will be considered valid. Any ticket with the same code presented subsequently will be invalidated.
5.7. The Organizer is entitled to refuse access to the venue and expel the user if any of the following circumstances occur:
- The ticket is incomplete, torn, or shows signs of forgery.
- The bearer violates the instructions of the Organizer and its staff, such as the prohibition to access restricted areas.
- iii. The bearer displays violent behavior or publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other personal or social condition or circumstance; particularly, the bearer who acts aggressively or causes disturbances outside or at the entrance, who carries weapons or objects that can be used as such, and who wears clothing, objects or symbols that incite violence or advocate activities contrary to fundamental rights recognized by law and the Constitution.
- The bearer is in possession of drugs, traffics in drugs or shows signs of consuming or having consumed drugs or narcotic substances.
5.8. In any case, refusal of access and expulsion from the venue implies no refund of the ticket price and the withdrawal of the payment wristband delivered at the beginning of the event.
5.9. The exercise of the right of admission shall not, under any circumstances, imply denial of access for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other personal or social circumstance or condition.
5.10. At the entrance to the venues, the public may be subject to a search in accordance with the applicable regulations on citizen security, public shows and recreational activities. Entrance of objects considered dangerous by the Organization or prohibited by current regulations is not allowed.
5.11. Entry to the venue with food and drinks from outside is permitted but limited to the following conditions for safety and health reasons: - Each user with a ticket may bring one sandwich or similar (sandwich, snack), unless the food is deemed dangerous to others at the time of inspection.
- As a general rule, food is permitted for medical purposes for users with diabetes, severe food allergies, or any other medical condition.
- iii. Baby food is permitted as long as it is properly sealed and identified.
- Access with pieces of fruit that due to their weight and composition may be thrown and cause harm to other users is expressly prohibited, as well as any other item that due to excessive weight and composition may cause similar damages.
- Access with food in Tupper Ware containers, of any material, that may pose a risk to other users, is expressly prohibited.
- Access with portable coolers, food storage items, cutlery and similar utensils, etc. is expressly prohibited.
- vii. Only non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with a capacity of up to half a liter will be allowed. For safety reasons, the cap of the bottle must be removed before entering the venue.
5.12. Entry with one reusable cup per user is allowed as long as the following specifications are met: - Material: hard plastic. Glass cups are not allowed for safety reasons.
- Minimum capacity: 330 ml.
- iii. Maximum capacity: 600 ml.
- Condition: the cup must be clean and in good condition with no cracks or sharp edges.
5.13. The Festival organization reserves the right not to allow entry of cups that do not meet the above conditions. Likewise, users are informed that a reusable official Festival cup may be purchased inside the venue for €2. If the user returns the cup in good condition at the designated points, the full amount paid will be refunded.
5.14. Entry to the venue will only be authorized from the time indicated on the ticket until the end of the Event.
5.15. The Organizer may deny access or expel the ticket holder in case of failure to comply with the indications of the Organization’s staff, or if it can be reasonably presumed that the user will create a situation of risk or danger for themselves or others, or due to apparent or potential intoxication. The holder is personally responsible for any actions or omissions that cause injuries to third parties or damage to property.
5.16. The user must keep their ticket until the end of the Event, and the Organizer may require it to process any claim submitted.
CLAUSE 6. RIGHTS RESERVED BY THE ORGANIZER.
7.1. Violation of any of the rules and regulations described herein or any action by the user that may cause harm, damage or grievance to the organizer or the rest of the users, shall entitle the organizer to the immediate expulsion from the venue. As a general rule, if the user leaves the venue, re-entry will be denied unless a new ticket is purchased. In any case, the organizer reserves the right to allow a second entry in justified cases.
7.2. Whenever justified by causes or due to controversies arising from the relationship with the artists that are insurmountable for the organizer, the organization reserves the right to alter or modify the programme and/or the date and time of the event.
7.3. Any complaint based on causes of alteration or cancellation of the event must be addressed to the organization along with the ticket receipt.
7.4. If the organization rejects a claim submitted directly by a user, the latter may directly resort to an alternative dispute resolution entity for this type of consumer conflicts, all in accordance with the law implementing Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013, into Spanish law.
7.5. For this purpose, users are provided access to this type of entities via the online dispute resolution platform of the European Union: Online Dispute Resolution | European Commission
7.6. For safety reasons, in cases of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to evacuate the venue totally or partially, interrupt or halt the event and even keep users inside the venue once the event has ended until the cause is resolved or safety is restored.
CLAUSE 7. PERSONAL DATA.
8.1. Online sale of tickets and any other product and/or service of the event involves providing personal data and, in some cases, banking details.
8.2. The event organizer guarantees that the provision of such data is made in a secure environment. However, given that no security system is infallible, it is not possible to guarantee that such security measures are free of errors or not subject to interference by third parties (hackers, among others). For this precise reason, the event organizer is exempt from any liability for any damage and/or harm that may occur due to causes beyond the Festival and its organization.
8.3. Users are warned that they have the duty to provide correct, accurate, truthful, updated and legitimate personal data, and the organizer assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or false data supplied or containing errors.
CLAUSE 8. IMAGE RIGHTS.
9.1. The event organizer is the holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the representations or artistic performances carried out during the event, without temporal or territorial limitation, and with no limitation other than those provided by law.
9.2. Therefore, the publication or dissemination for commercial or advertising purposes of recordings of images or sounds of the performances taking place during the event is prohibited. Only capturing images or recordings for exclusive private and personal use is permitted.
9.3. For the purposes of Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image, users are informed that attendance at the festival implies express consent and authorization for the capturing, reproduction, distribution and publication of their image, including for advertising purposes and by any means, including electronic media.
9.4. The user acknowledges and accepts that their image may be captured during the event by photographs, videos, recordings and any other means of capturing image, voice and/or name, expressly authorizing the organizer to record, store, disseminate, use and exploit such images itself or through third parties, provided it is for marketing and advertising purposes or in compliance with an order from the competent authority to ensure event safety.
9.5. For this purpose, the authorization granted to the organizer to disseminate their images as provided is given freely, fully, without temporal limitation and free of charge.
9.6. Capturing the image, in any of the described forms, will also allow editing, transferring, deleting and carrying out any other modification, including recordings, videos, photographs, phonograms and texts.
9.7. The event organizer is in no case responsible for promotional actions involving the use of attendees’ image or voice by third-party sponsor or partner companies, with such companies being solely responsible in all respects.
9.8. The event organizer reserves the right to transfer the rights among companies of the same group for the purposes herein established.
CLAUSE 9. MINORS.
10.1. Entry of minors to the Festival shall be governed by applicable regulations and particularly by Law 7/2013, of 26 November, on the legal regime for installation, access and exercise of activities in the Balearic Islands, in accordance with the interpretation set out in Consultation 2017-21-A of the Government Council of the Balearic Islands. For these purposes:
10.2. As a general rule, access of minors to the venue is permitted with the following particularities:
- Minors between 14 and 16 years old, both inclusive, may only enter the event when accompanied by the holder of parental authority (father or mother), legal guardian or by ok,an adult duly identified and authorized by the parents or guardians, who must ensure their physical and moral integrity at all times.
- Minors aged 16 and over may access the venue with an authorization duly signed by parents or guardians, which shall be delivered at the entrance by the holder of parental authority (father or mother), legal guardian or adult duly identified and authorized by the parents or guardians.
10.2. All authorization forms for parents, mothers and legal guardians are available on the Festival website.
10.3. During their stay at the venue, parents, legal guardians or duly identified adults will be solely responsible for the minors under their care and for any action they carry out. For these purposes, at the time of entry to the venue the following documentation must be presented: DNI, family book, or literal birth certificate if the first is not available, passport or any other document proving the parental relationship or responsibility over the minor. Each adult may be responsible for up to three minors.
CLAUSE 10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Spanish legislation.
11.2. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, as it is the place where the obligation is fulfilled.
