Accessibility

With the aim of playing a key role in supporting and driving social transformation towards a more accessible, inclusive, and diverse society—within culture, education, art, and music alike—Mallorca Live has implemented various measures to ensure that Mallorca Live Festival is accessible to everyone.

In addition to an accessibility plan focused on removing architectural barriers, and in collaboration with the Fundación Music For All, the festival will provide a variety of measures and services for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.

Accessibility Measures

Adapted Mobility

To request a space on accessible transport from Son Bugadelles or Son Moix, please contact:

Priority Access Lanes

The festival will feature:

  • A priority access lane for people with reduced mobility at the main general entrance.

  • PRM (People with Reduced Mobility) access will also be enabled at the Premium/VIP entrance, as it is the closest entrance to the PRM parking lot and the PRM viewing platform.

  • Additionally, an assistance service is planned for this new access point.

 

PRM Parking

The festival will initially offer 30 designated PRM parking spaces, which can be expanded up to 40 spaces upon demand.

  • Access will be granted via a digital parking ticket compatible with the festival’s scanners.

  • A disability card will standardly be required, though special circumstances will be assessed to accommodate individual needs.

 

Accessible Food and Beverage Area

Food areas will feature priority-use tables for individuals with disabilities or reduced mobility.

Elevated Platforms

The two main stages will feature elevated platforms to provide a better view of the concerts. These platforms will include:

  • Adapted access.

  • Reserved areas.

  • Accessible restroom.

  • Support chairs.

 

Information and Support Point

Located just past the venue’s main entrance, the Music For All point will offer:

  • Information and guidance.

  • Chaperone/accompaniment service.

  • Assistance and support for individuals with disabilities or reduced mobility.

  • Accessibility equipment loans.

 

Equipment Available at the Music For All Point

The following materials will be available at the information and support point:

  • 5 vibrating backpacks with induction loops.

  • 5 FM audio description receivers.

  • 15 Navilens codes.

  • Orthopedic equipment.

 

Accessible Restrooms

All restroom areas within the venue will include at least one accessible toilet. The PRM platforms will also have an accessible restroom available.

Accessible Bars

The festival will maintain 6 accessible counters within the general bars installed across the venue. Additionally, an extra accessible counter will be set up in the entrance area.

Accessible VIP Area

The VIP area will feature:

  • An access ramp.

  • An accessible restroom.

 

Rest Areas

The venue will feature various rest areas equipped with tables and chairs.

Navilens and Signage

The festival will feature:

  • Navilens codes.

  • Accessible signage.

  • Orientation maps.

  • Specific signage for priority spaces and accessible services.

 

LED Screens

All stages will feature production screens to enhance the viewing experience of the concerts.

Guide and Assistance Dogs

Guide dogs and assistance dogs will be permitted entry upon presentation of the corresponding documentation.
