How can I top up my Cashless account?
Before the festival:
– You can top up online after purchasing your ticket by creating an account through the event website or app.
During the event:
– You can top up online by creating an account through the event website or app or by scanning the QR code you will find on your wristband.
– Inside the venue, you can top up your cashless wristband at the physical top-up points.
There is no limit; you can top up as many times as you want. You will be able to request an online refund of your remaining balance once the festival has ended.
Can I use the cashless wristband throughout the entire event?
The cashless wristband will be the only accepted payment method on June 12 and 13, both for drinks and at food and merchandising stands.
If you are also going to the Closing Party on Sunday the 14th, you can spend your remaining balance that day.
Does the cashless wristband have any cost?
No, it is completely free!
How can I check the balance on my cashless wristband?
You can ask at any top-up or sales point.
If you have created a Cashless account online, you can check your balance at any time by logging into the event website or app.
The information shown in your cashless account may not be available or fully synchronized until the day after the festival. This may happen, for example, in the event of Internet connection failures.
Can I access my transaction history?
If you have created a Cashless account online, you can check your transaction history by logging into the event website or app. If you need assistance during the event, please visit the Cashless information point inside the venue.

What happens if I lose my wristband?
If you have created a Cashless account online, you may request that we block your cashless wristband by visiting the Cashless information point.
This identification process is necessary in order to block your cashless wristband; therefore, if you have not created a Cashless account, we will not be able to block it, and you will lose not only the wristband itself but also all the money loaded onto it.
In the event of loss, you must go to the incident point with your ticket on your mobile phone or printed and request a new wristband. This operation will cost €5 in cash.
How can I request a refund for unused money?
You may request a refund of the unused balance through your user account from June 16 at 10:00 a.m. until June 30 at 00:00 a.m. (both dates inclusive).
There are no processing fees for this service.
To request a refund:
- If you have created a cashless account: log in, request the refund, and enter your card details. The remaining balance will be refunded to this card.
- If you have not created a Cashless account online, you can do so by entering the 6-letter code from your wristband. Once logged in, request the refund and enter your card details. The remaining balance will be refunded to this card.
Important notice: do not enter your ticket barcode when creating the account, as it will not be linked to the wristband you used during the event.
If your balance does not appear in your Cashless account, please check that your wristband is linked to your Cashless account. The 6-letter code from your wristband must appear in your Cashless account alongside your email address.
Once the refund has been requested, you will receive the remaining balance in your bank account within a maximum period of one month, depending on your bank.
Is it mandatory to create a Cashless account?
No, it is completely optional, and you can do it whenever you want (before, during, or after the event). In addition, you can always top up your wristband at the physical top-up points inside the venue. In this case, your wristband will be completely anonymous, and therefore we will not be able to block it in case of theft or loss.

IMPORTANT:
Your cashless wristband is an electronic wallet containing a chip where your money is stored. You will need the 6-letter code from your wristband to request a refund of your unused balance after the festival, so do not lose it/do not throw it away! We even recommend writing the code down.
Avoid exposure to heat and do not attempt to puncture it, as it would become permanently deactivated. However, you can swim and shower with the wristband without any problem!
