Important notice:

You will find the code of your bracelet on the back of the chip.

You have to create an account for each bracelet.

If you don’t see your balance in your Cashless account, check that your wristband is linked to your Cashless account. The 6-letter code of your wristband must appear in the Cashless account next to your email address.

Once the refund is requested, you will receive the remaining balance in your bank account within a maximum period of one month, depending on your bank.

The minimum balance to request a refund is €1.

Each operation will have a charge of €0.50 for management and transfer costs.

You can request a refund until June 4 (inclusive).

The money corresponding to the balances of the promotions and FREE coins is not refundable. You can see the breakdown of your account balance by clicking on “Breakdown of balance” in your cashless account.
