PIONAL

Pional is one of the key names in contemporary Spanish electronic music. This Madrid-based producer and DJ’s sound moves between house, techno, and emotional electronic music, combining hypnotic rhythms with a highly personal melodic sensibility. We first met him in 2010 thanks to the EP In Another Room, which propelled him to success and eventually led him to become a regular John Talabot collaborator.

In addition to performing in international clubs and festivals, over the years he has released music on influential labels such as Permanent Vacation, Ninja Tune, Young Turks, Hivern Discs, and Phonica, and has collaborated with artists like The xx, Jessie Ware, Empress Of, The Rapture, and C. Tangana, amongst others. Pional visits Mallorca Live with one of his sets, which are known for their intensity, depth, and a sonic narrative where the dance floor and emotion meet.
