RUSOWSKY

Rusowsky, the stage name of the young Madrid-based multi-instrumentalist and producer Ruslan Mediavilla, is already one of the most prominent figures not only in Madrid’s genre-bending alternative music scene, but also in the national scene. As a member of the Spanish musical collective RUSIA IDK—the Spanish version of Odd Future or YEAR001, which includes Ralphie Choo—Rusowsky is celebrated for his storytelling skills and for expressing his inner world through a reconfiguration of Spanish pop, electronica, and trap.

He began releasing music in 2019 and has since collaborated with a myriad of esteemed artists including C. Tangana, DELLAFUENTE, and Ralphie Choo. In 2025, he captivated us with his debut studio album, DAISY, considered one of the albums of the year, featuring singles like ‘Malibu’ and ‘BBY ROMEO’. With this album, Rusowsky made a triumphant first visit to Madrid’s Movistar Arena with a sold-out show, and has established himself as a dynamic force in the national and international music scene, including an appearance on NPR’s iconic Tiny Desk Concert.
