SAMURAÏ
Friday 12

Young Aroa Lorente, better known as Samuraï, burst onto the music scene with echoes of the best of the 2000s in her first two EPs, CrushCrushCrush and Lo Bonito/ Lo Que No Te Cuentan. With highly metaphorical lyrics and a language proper to a new wave that embraces talking about love with complete emotional honesty, she established herself as one of the most representative voices of her generation and one of the rising stars of Spanish pop. She has collaborated since with artists such as Belén Aguilera, Dani Fernández, La La Love You, Leo Rizzi, and Viva Suecia.
Her EP Artillería (2023) was followed by her first studio album, El Silencio del Ruido (2024), a 12-chapter pop-rock “road movie” that narrates a transformative journey of sacrifice, action, and suffering, but also wisdom and justice. Based in Mexico City, where she works on her new project while strengthening her presence in Latin America—and achieving major milestones such as singing with Alejandro Sanz and Vanesa Martín in Mexico City—Samuraï continues to share her unique vision of the world. A prime example is ‘La ironía del querer’ , one of her latest releases, which we can expect to hear when she returns to Spanish stages in 2026, with a stop at Mallorca Live.
